01 PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We set the standard for quality, trust and respect in the roofing business. Though every project is different, here’s how we achieve great work every single time.

TIME IS MONEY.

We’ll evaluate your facilities, learn about your property environments and build a comprehensive timeline for the project. You’ll always know where we are in the process, and when delays or diversions come our way, we’ll keep things updated and manage expectations.

COMMUNICATION IS KEY.

You’ll always have a dedicated project manager to keep you informed along the way, and we’ll communicate with you by whatever methods you prefer: Meetings, emails, phone calls, texts, your dedicated client portal, or some of everything.

UPDATES WHEN YOU WANT THEM.

Your project will have full-time supervision and safety training beyond OSHA compliance, and we’ll keep your dedicated client portal up to date with project statuses, progress photos and timelines. Check in anytime. You’ll have 24/7 access to our helplines, direct communication with a supervisor and access to proactive safety training.

TIMING IS EVERYTHING.

Quality work takes time, but we’ll be efficient without sacrificing thoroughness. Every project has its own unique variables: scope, access, product availability, location, weather, complexity and more. You’re welcome in every part of the process. Just know that we’ll take good care of you, however hands-on or hands-off you prefer to be.

WANT TO KNOW WHAT’S GOING ON?

Good. We like to communicate daily, answer questions quickly and provide accurate, clear documentation along the way, including frequent photos and status updates. Our client portal allows you instant, real-time access to everything we’re doing, so you can always check in on your own, too.

WANT A THOROUGH PARTNER?

We set the standard. Standard Roofing typically oversees project planning, management, supervision, on-site safety and field resolutions. We'll provide all warranty information, help maintain your warranty with our roof maintenance program.


03 YOUR ROLE

Relationships work both ways, of course, and we want to ensure you’re set up for success. You have a role to play, too. What should you be thinking about?

WHEN WE BEGIN PLANNING TOGETHER

You’ll need to consider any issues or obstacles related to property access, weekend work hours, noise, staging and debris.

WHILE WORK IS UNDERWAY

You’ll be responsible for approving projects before commencement, providing accurate operational and safety information, and sharing long-term goals for the property. Please refrain from directing our workers or traveling outside the scope of work. Please communicate with the job superintendent to uphold the safety and integrity of the project.

WHEN YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS.

Please be transparent with us. Make your voice heard. Don’t hesitate to be constructive and critical.

WHEN WORK IS COMPLETE

After the work is complete and you’ve signed off, we’d be grateful for your prompt payment.
